5. Consent to Image & Biometric Processing
By uploading an image, the user provides explicit, informed, and voluntary consent for CatfishLens to:
- Process the image using facial recognition technology
- Generate facial similarity vectors
- Analyze and compare facial features
The user confirms:
- The image is submitted lawfully
- The user has the right to use the image
- The user understands the nature of automated processing
Processing is limited strictly to providing the service.
6. Nature of Results
CatfishLens provides automated similarity analysis.
- Results are not identity verification
- Results may be incomplete or inaccurate
- Results must not be used as sole decision-making evidence
7. Credits & Payments
CatfishLens uses a credit-based system:
- 1 credit = 1 search unlock
- Credits must be purchased in advance
- Credits are non-refundable once used
8. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once:
- A search is executed
- Results are unlocked
Exceptions may be granted at CatfishLens discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights related to CatfishLens (software, algorithms, branding) remain the exclusive property of CatfishLens.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Content
Search results may link to external websites.
CatfishLens:
- Does not control third-party content
- Is not responsible for accuracy or legality
11. Privacy
Use of the service is governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using CatfishLens, users consent to data processing required to operate the service.
12. Prohibited Use
Users must not:

- Attempt to identify or track individuals unlawfully
